Room service (continental breakfast selection) is available Monday – Friday 7.00am – 10.00am and Saturday and Sunday 8am – 10.00am.
We know you can’t just go away and leave your furry friend behind! We are proud to be a pet-friendly hotel, so you don’t have to miss them whilst you are away. We allow well-behaved dogs on a lead in our Byron Whiskey Bar, Reception area and Outdoor Courtyards. We do ask that they are not left unattended in bedrooms at any time. Please note that we will charge a small paw print fee of £30 per pet during your stay. This includes the use of a drinking/food bowl and dog treats. Please inform us at the time of booking if this is required.
Everyone is welcome at The Bridge, and your comfort when visiting us is our main priority. We have one accessible room on the ground floor and a selection of rooms with walk-in showers. The accessible room consists of: ● Wide entrance door ● Low-level switches ● Water bowls for assistance dogs ● Walk-in shower (Please note there is a small step into the shower) ● Grab rails by the toilet and the shower ● We also have portable ramps available throughout the hotel, for access to our Courtyard Restaurant, Byron Whiskey Bar and Walshford Suite Our disabled toilet is located near the Ribston and the Byron Whiskey Bar. This has a grab rail by the toilet and an alarm cord fitted. Should you have any queries, please get in touch before your visit.
If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary preference, please let us know at the time of booking. Whilst we will do our best to cater for all dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be entirely allergen-free due to various allergens being present in the kitchen.
